The Peptides I Love (And Why I Made a Guide)

I’m not someone who jumps into trends just because they’re popular.

So when peptides suddenly became mainstream, it felt ironic considering I’ve been using them for nearly four years.  Back when hardly anyone was talking about them online.

I didn’t start using them for anti-aging or optimization. I started using them because I was trying to heal.

At the time, I was dealing with major gut issues, then botox poisoning, severe inflammation, nervous system dysregulation, and later MCAS. My body was reactive to almost everything, and I was constantly looking for tools that supported healing without adding more stress or medications into the mix.

Peptides ended up being one of the things that made a massive difference for me.

They helped regulate inflammation, support repair, and gave my body tools to actually recover instead of just manage symptoms.

Later, when I went through my explant surgery, peptides became a huge part of my recovery protocol and honestly, my healing felt seamless compared to what I expected.

That’s when I really understood their potential.

Why Peptides Are Non-Negotiable In My Skincare:

Once I saw what peptides could do internally, there was no way I wasn’t going to prioritize them topically too.

This is actually a huge reason why I’m so picky about the skincare I use and offer.

If peptides can signal repair, regeneration, collagen production, and cellular support inside the body… why wouldn’t I want that same level of support for my skin?

That’s why advanced peptide formulas are a non-negotiable for me.

Here's the peptide rich skincare I personally use (and why I love them):

Blue Peptide Spray (GHK-Cu)

This is one of my favorite everyday staples.

It’s an easy way to infuse copper peptides directly into the skin. It also contains methylene blue, which supports mitochondrial health and cellular energy.

I use this before red light therapy because it enhances and amplifies the results. It’s like prepping your skin to actually respond better to the light.

Youth Daily Moisturizer (GHK-Cu + NAD+)

This is not your average moisturizer. Why wouldn’t you want your moisturizer to contain peptides? If you’re already moisturizing daily, you might as well make it work harder for you.

It’s basically like having a serum built into your moisturizer. You’re getting copper peptides plus NAD+ support while sealing everything in.

It’s one of the most powerful anti-aging moisturizers I’ve ever used.

C.A.R.E. Moisturizer (NAD+)

This one is a little thicker, so I use it at night.

It’s incredibly supportive for skin repair and barrier recovery. NAD+ is one of my favorite ingredients for longevity and cellular support, so having it in a nighttime moisturizer just makes sense.

Day = Youth Daily.
Night = C.A.R.E.

Youth Reset Serum (NAD+, Copper, Spermidine, Resveratrol, Vitamin C)

This formula is on another level.

It addresses the 12 hallmark signs of aging, and the ingredient combination is honestly unmatched. NAD+, copper peptides, spermidine, resveratrol, vitamin C, it’s biohacking meets skincare.

If you’re serious about skin longevity, this is not a basic serum.

Youth Firming Neck + Chest Cream (NAD+, Copper, Resveratrol, Spermidine)

Your neck and chest age differently than your face, and most people completely neglect that area.

This improves texture and firmness and is even safe for pregnancy, which makes it incredibly versatile.

It’s one of those products that makes you wonder why more brands aren’t this advanced.

EyeC.A.R.E. (NAD+, GHK-Cu, Snap-8)

One of our best sellers for a reason.

If you actually want results from an eye serum, it has to be this advanced. NAD+, copper peptides, and Snap-8 work together to support firmness and smooth expression lines.

Shouldn't every eye serum should be formulated like this?

L.A.D.R. Serum (NAD+, DNA Repair Photosomes)

If you’re doing red light therapy without this, you’re leaving results on the table.

This enhances and amplifies the effects of red light by supporting DNA repair and cellular recovery.

Amplifying Essence (NAD+, Ectoin)

This preps your skin to actually absorb what you’re putting on it.

It loads the skin with oxygen and NAD+, which helps amplify the benefits of everything that comes after it.

Think of it as setting the stage for maximum results.

Youth Firming Body Cream (NAD+, Spermidine, Peptides)

Your body deserves the same level of advanced support as your face.

This is basically an all-over firming serum disguised as a body cream. Tightening, smoothing, longevity support, not just hydration.

Why Peptides In Your Skincare Matter:

Peptides are one of the most intelligent ways to support repair, regeneration, and longevity, both internally and topically.

And once I understood that, I couldn’t unsee it.

So yes, I cycle injectables.
Yes, I use oral peptides.
But I also use peptide-rich skincare daily.

Because skin is an organ and it deserves advanced support too.

My Favorite (Internal) Peptides:

I don’t take every peptide all the time.

I cycle different ones depending on what my body needs; healing, immune support, recovery, energy, or inflammation support.

There are foundational peptides that I consistently come back to again and again.

These are the ones that have made the biggest difference for me personally:

  • GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) — one of my favorites for skin, hair, and overall anti-aging support
  • BPC-157 — oral for gut healing, injectable for tissue repair and recovery
  • Thymosin Alpha-1 — incredible immune support, especially during stress or travel
  • NAD+ — energy, focus, and longevity support
  • CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — supports natural growth hormone production, recovery, and sleep
  • KPV — powerful inflammation and immune regulation support

I put together a full guide breaking down what these peptides are, how to use them, oral vs injectable options, and links to the ones I personally use and trust.

A Very Important Disclaimer

I want to be extremely clear about something.

What works for me may not work for everyone.

Peptides are not magic, they are not risk-free, and they are not something anyone should start blindly because they saw it on social media.

My experience comes from years of personal trial, research, and working alongside knowledgeable practitioners.

Everyone’s health history, biology, sensitivities, and goals are different.

If you are considering peptides, I strongly recommend working with a qualified healthcare professional who understands them.

This post and guide are simply me sharing my personal experience and what has supported my healing journey. Not medical advice and not a universal protocol.

Always proceed thoughtfully and cautiously.
