Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Physical Products (Skincare, Tools, etc.)

Returns:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible.

  • To initiate a return, please go to our Returns Portal and follow the steps. Alternatively, contact us at support@jamieanne.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the products. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Store Credit & Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, you can choose from:

    • Store credit - issued immediately and ready to use on your next purchase after approval. Learn more here.
    • Refund to original payment method - processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, we’re happy to help—just contact us at support@jamieanne.co.


Consultations & Services

  • Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no additional cost to you.
