Defines Cheekbones & Jawline

Sweep the long edge from the nose crease to the ear, then run the notch from chin to ear. A few passes a day helps contours look sharper and more defined.

De-Puffs in Minutes

Light, outward strokes encourage natural lymphatic drainage, so morning puffiness around the eyes and cheeks settles faster. Chill it first for an extra wake-up.

Unwinds Jaw & Brow Tension

Slow, steady pressure over the masseter, temples, and brow line helps release the tightness that builds from screens, stress, and clenching in your sleep.

Brings Back the Glow

Massage supports circulation, so skin looks fresher and more awake, and your facial oil spreads evenly instead of sitting on the surface.

Firmer-Looking Skin Over Time

Consistency is the whole trick. Used daily, gua sha may help skin look smoother and more lifted, one short session at a time.

A Moment of Calm

Slow, deliberate strokes feel like a mini facial massage. It’s a few quiet minutes at the start or end of the day that your face, and your mood, will thank you for.

HOW TO USE

Three Steps. A Few Minutes a Day.

Always use over a facial oil. We recommend 3–6 drops of The Bare Minimum so the tool glides instead of pulling the skin.

01 · PREP

Cleanse skin and pat dry. Apply facial oil for glide.

02 · SCULPT

Hold the tool nearly flat. Glide upward and outward with light, even pressure.

03 · REPEAT

3–5 strokes per area: neck, jawline, cheeks, brow. Stroke in one direction, never back and forth.

3–5 minutes daily, or as needed. Wipe clean after each use and store in its box.

The Gua Sha vs Stone Tools

Frequently Asked Questions

Gua sha is a traditional facial massage technique that uses a smooth, flat tool glided across the skin with light pressure. Done consistently, it supports circulation and natural lymphatic drainage, and may help de-puff, sculpt, and release facial tension.

Stone tools look pretty, but they’re fragile, vary from piece to piece, and many budget “jade” tools are actually dyed or imitation stone. 304 stainless steel is non-porous, simple to sanitize, naturally cool to the touch, and identical every time. Buy it once.

Yes. Always use The Gua Sha over a facial oil so the tool glides instead of pulling or dragging the skin. We designed it to pair with The Bare Minimum, our organic facial oil. Apply 3–6 drops first, then sculpt.

3–5 minutes daily, or as needed. Consistency matters more than pressure or duration. Many people love it first thing in the morning to de-puff, or at night to unwind.

Light. Hold the tool nearly flat against the skin and glide upward and outward with light, even pressure. If you see more than mild, temporary pinkness, you’re pressing too hard. Never drag or overwork one area.

Yes, just not in the same session. Use The Roller at night, 1–2x per week as directed, and save The Gua Sha for other days or your morning routine. Skin can be more sensitive after rolling, so give it time to recover before you sculpt.

Do not use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin, or over active breakouts. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or a recent in-office procedure, check with your provider first.

Wipe clean after each use with a soft cloth, or wash with gentle soap and warm water and dry fully. For a deeper clean, wipe with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Store it in its box between uses.

Yes. Stainless steel chills quickly, so 10 minutes in the fridge before use adds an extra cooling, de-puffing effect. A few minutes in the fridge is plenty; skip the freezer.
