  2. Warm 3–6 drops between hands.
  3. Press and glide over face, neck, and chest. Adjust the amount based on how your skin feels.

I made this because I listened to YOU. Skincare shouldn’t be confusing.

You’ll recognize every ingredient. No fillers, no fragrance, no essential oils. If you’re sensitive, you’re safe here. If you’re tired of toxic BS, same.

I wanted something affordable, versatile, and uncomplicated so you don’t need a 10-step routine to have healthy skin. This is a formula that calms irritation and feeds nutrients back into your barrier.

Yes. THE BARE MINIMUM was formulated to support a balanced, resilient barrier, not to smother or strip your skin. We use real, organic plant oils (like castor, avocado, and sea buckthorn) that help calm, cushion, and protect the skin instead of harsh surfactants or drying alcohols. For oily or breakout‑prone skin, start with 2–3 drops on damp skin, press into skin, and adjust based on how you feel. As always, patch test on a small area first and listen to your skin.

Not this one. Sebum (oil) is natural to your skin—properly formulated oils can nourish without blocking pores. Our blend is free of heavy waxes, fragrance, and essential oils. Vitamin E and rosemary extract are included as natural antioxidants that protect the formula and support skin health.
