This vanilla bone broth protein drink has become one of my go-to staples, especially in the colder months. Think blonde hot chocolate vibes, but made with ingredients that actually support your body.
It’s creamy, lightly sweet, protein-rich, and takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Perfect as:
- a high-protein breakfast
- a mid-afternoon snack
- a cozy nighttime dessert
- or even add to your coffee for a pick-me-up
Ingredients
+ Organic coconut milk
+ 1 scoop Vanilla bone broth protein powder (What I use - code: JAMIE)
+ 1 tab of grass-fed butter
+ Dash of cinnamon
+ Optional: small drizzle of maple syrup
(I personally don’t need it, it’s sweet enough without)

How to Make It
- Add coconut milk to a small saucepan and warm gently over medium-low heat.
- Once warm, use an electric frother or mixer to froth the milk directly in the pan.
- Add the grass-fed butter and vanilla bone broth protein powder.
- Continue mixing until fully blended and creamy.
- Let it heat through, do not boil.
- Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
- That’s it. Simple, cozy, and done.
