
(Yes, the one everyone tells me to bottle)
I’m not even going to pretend to be humble here — this dressing is that good.
Every single time I make it, someone stops mid-bite and asks:
“Wait… what is in this??”
And when I tell them, they all say the same thing:
“You need to bottle this up and sell it.”
Honestly… I just might. But until then, I’m giving you the recipe (because I love you — and also, please don’t steal my idea 😉).
🥄 Ingredients:
+ 1 cup olive oil (good quality)
+ 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
+ 1/4 cup maple syrup (trust me on this)
+ 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
+ 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
+ 1/2 tbsp salt
+ 1/2 tbsp pepper
Just toss all of that into a jar, give it a good shake.
*Pro tip: SO GOOD on steak!
