I keep this recipe super simple (like all of my food). It has a little of everything. Anti aging (collagen peptides), protein + nutrients & more collagen (bone broth), tastes SO GOOD (vanilla, coconut, salted caramel).
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic coconut milk (get a good quality with no additives; Califia, Malk)
- 1 scoop VANILLA BONE BROTH PROTEIN - code: JAMIE
- 1/2 scoop SALTED CARAMEL BONE BROTH PROTEIN - code: JAMIE
- 1 scoop BEEF COLLAGEN PEPTIDES - code: JAMIE50546
- 1/2-1 cup ice, you can add more as you go so start with a little and add in.
Add everything to a blender, this is the stainless steel blender I use.
