How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked automatically through Roster, our ambassador platform, and paid out monthly via your payment method of choice. You'll see every referral and pending commission in your ambassador dashboard.
Do I earn commission on my own purchases?
No, you do not earn commission on your own purchases.
Does commission apply to repeat orders from the same customer?
Yes, the same commission applies to repeat customers. 20% on Jamie Anne products and 10% on everything else. If you've qualified for the Inner Circle you will get 30% commission on Jamie Anne products and 10% on everything else.
The Insider Series and Inner Circle
What is the Insider Series?
A five-tier milestone ladder you climb by earning points for content, engagement, and referrals. Each tier unlocks product credits, up to $300+.
How do I earn points?
Completing content campaigns (your welcome post, routine reveals, results submissions), engaging in the community, completing actions, and referrals.
How long does it take to reach the Inner Circle?
There's no time requirement. You graduate as soon as you complete the Insider Series milestones, whether that takes a month or a year.
What changes when I reach the Inner Circle?
You qualify for 30% commission on Jamie Anne products, receive a custom discount code in your name, free products, early access to launches, and priority campaign briefs.
Commitment and Rules
Is there a minimum posting requirement or contract length?
No. Campaigns are opt-in, there's no minimum commitment, and either side can end the relationship with seven days' notice.
Can I work with other skincare brands?
Yes, the program is non-exclusive. We just ask that you don't reference competitor products in your Jamie Anne content.
Do I need to disclose that I'm an ambassador?
Yes. FTC rules require a clear and prominent disclosure (like #ad or #JamieAnnePartner) on any post that includes your link or code. We cover exactly how to do this in orientation.
Can Jamie Anne use my content?
As part of becoming an ambassador, you grant us a license to share content on our channels and in ads.
Are there any restrictions on how I share my link?
Share it anywhere you naturally connect with your audience. Posting it on coupon aggregator sites, deal forums, or in paid ads isn't allowed.
Do I have to be 18? / Do you accept international ambassadors?
Yes, ambassadors must be 18+ and based in the United States. Unfortunately we cannot accept international ambassadors at this time.
What happens after I'm approved?
You'll get a magic link to access your ambassador portal, complete your welcome campaign, and get your referral link. You can also join an orientation call with our Program Manager.
