Cooling Glide, Quick De-Puff

Cool steel over a few drops of oil: light, outward strokes encourage natural lymphatic drainage, so morning puffiness around the eyes and cheeks settles faster. Chill the tool first for an extra wake-up.

Sharper Cheeks & Jawline

Sweep the long edge from the nose crease to the ear, then run the notch from chin to ear. A few passes a day helps cheeks and jawline look sharper and more defined.

Releases Jaw & Brow Tension

Slow, steady pressure over the masseter, temples, and brow line helps release the tightness that builds from screens, stress, and clenching in your sleep.

Smoother, More Lifted Over Time

Consistency is key. Used daily, this set may help skin look smoother and more lifted, one short session at a time.

Fresher, Healthy-Looking Skin

Massage supports circulation, so skin looks fresher and more awake, and The Bare Minimum spreads evenly giving your skin a healthy glow.

Nourished, Sealed-In Moisture

The Bare Minimum supports your skin barrier, seals in moisture, and calms visible irritation, so every session ends with skin that feels comfortable, never stripped.

HOW TO USE

Five Steps. A Few Minutes a Day.

Always sculpt over the oil. A few drops of The Bare Minimum give every stroke its glide, so the tool moves over skin instead of pulling.

01 · PREP

Cleanse your skin and pat dry.

02 · APPLY OIL

Warm 3–6 drops of The Bare Minimum between hands. Press and glide over face, neck, and chest.

03 · SCULPT

Hold the tool nearly flat against the skin. Glide upward and outward with light, even pressure.

04 · REPEAT

3–5 strokes per area: neck, jawline, cheeks, brow. Stroke in one direction, never back and forth.

05 · FINISH

If you wear SPF in the morning, let the oil absorb fully, then apply your mineral SPF.

3–5 minutes daily, or as needed. Wipe The Gua Sha clean after each use and store in its box.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Gua Sha, our heart-shaped facial sculpting tool in solid 304 stainless steel, and a full-size bottle of The Bare Minimum, our organic nourishing facial oil (2 fl oz / 59 mL). The Gua Sha arrives in its magnetic gift box with a protective tray and step-by-step instructions printed on the box.

A gua sha tool should always glide over a facial oil so it moves across skin instead of pulling it. The Bare Minimum gives the tool its slip while supporting your skin barrier and sealing in moisture, so one short ritual sculpts and nourishes at the same time.

Gua sha is a traditional facial massage technique that uses a smooth, flat tool glided across the skin with light pressure. Done consistently, it supports circulation and natural lymphatic drainage, and may help de-puff, sculpt, and release facial tension.

Warm 3–6 drops of The Bare Minimum between your hands and press over face, neck, and chest, then sculpt. Oily or balanced skin can use fewer drops. Adjust the amount based on how your skin feels.

Either, or both. Use it 3–5 minutes daily, or as needed: in the morning to de-puff (chill the tool for 10 minutes first), or as your nightly ritual. If you wear SPF in the morning, let the oil absorb fully, then apply your mineral SPF.

3–5 minutes daily, or as needed. Consistency matters more than pressure or duration. Many people love it first thing in the morning to de-puff, or at night to unwind.

Light. Hold the tool nearly flat against the skin and glide upward and outward with light, even pressure. If you see more than mild, temporary pinkness, you’re pressing too hard. Never drag or overwork one area.

Yes. THE BARE MINIMUM was formulated to support a balanced, resilient barrier, not to smother or strip your skin. We use real, organic plant oils (like castor, avocado, and sea buckthorn) that help calm, cushion, and protect the skin instead of harsh surfactants or drying alcohols. For oily or breakout‑prone skin, start with 2–3 drops on damp skin, press into skin, and adjust based on how you feel. As always, patch test on a small area first and listen to your skin.

Not this one. Sebum (oil) is natural to your skin—properly formulated oils can nourish without blocking pores. Our blend is free of heavy waxes, fragrance, and essential oils. Vitamin E and rosemary extract are included as natural antioxidants that protect the formula and support skin health.

Absolutely. Think of the face oil as a seal.

  • If layering, apply your serums → moisturizer → THE BARE MINIMUM (last) to lock everything in.
  • Want extra slip? Mix 1–2 drops into your moisturizer in the palm of your hand.

Yes, just not in the same session. Use The Roller at night, 1–2x per week as directed, and save The Gua Sha for other days or your morning routine. Skin can be more sensitive after rolling, so give it time to recover before you sculpt.

Do not use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin, or over active breakouts. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or a recent in-office procedure, check with your provider first.

Wipe clean after each use with a soft cloth, or wash with gentle soap and warm water and dry fully. For a deeper clean, wipe with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Store it in its box between uses.

Yes. Stainless steel chills quickly, so 10 minutes in the fridge before use adds an extra cooling, de-puffing effect. A few minutes in the fridge is plenty; skip the freezer.

Yes. The Gua Sha arrives in a magnetic gift box with a protective tray, and The Bare Minimum comes in its own printed box. A perfectly matched pair, ready to gift or to keep.
